發燒處理的五大貼士

小朋友發燒令父母既擔心又緊張,應如果處理?
不要著急,不必方寸大亂,以下是發燒處理的方法:

  1. 用溫水洗澡或抹身,加速血液循環,有助散熱;
  2. 不要蓋太厚被子及穿太多衣服,以免阻礙散熱;
  3. 發燒出汗會令身體失去水份,所以要多喝水;
  4. 保持家居空氣流通;
  5. 按照醫生的指示服退燒藥,以及定時量度體溫

若有以下情形發生,便要盡快求醫:

  1. 抽筋;
  2. 持續發燒數天;
  3. 出現紅疹;
  4. 有脫水的情況;
  5. 精神疲倦甚至呆滯
